Work in the client's account
The client adds your agency, then chooses which of your people can work in their account.
Event and experiential agencies
Guestcount lets an agency run the guest side of a client's event inside the client's own account: the RSVP page in the client's look, invite links for every partner and talent contact, approvals, messages and check-in. The client decides which of your people get in, and your team switches between clients from one login.

Run your next event on GuestcountThe client adds your agency, then chooses which of your people can work in their account.
Your people switch between the clients they work on, and each client's contacts stay apart.
Each partner, talent contact or channel gets an invite link, and every RSVP is credited to it.
Look for one that lets you work inside each client's account rather than copying their list into yours. In Guestcount, the client adds your agency to their team, chooses which of your people get in, and the RSVP page, invite links, approvals, messages and check-in all run on that client's live guest list.
The client adds your agency from their Team page, by your Guestcount handle or by email. Once your agency accepts, the client chooses which of your people can work in their account. The client sees nothing of your agency until you accept, and can remove your agency, or one of your people, at any time.
Yes. Each person signs in once and switches between the clients they have been given access to. Your agency sees which of its people work on which clients, and removing someone from your agency ends their access to every client at once.
Yes. Every event gets an RSVP page built from blocks on a theme you pick, with the client's colors, fonts and flyer, and confirmation emails in the event's look. On the Brand plan the client's pages can run on their own domain. See custom RSVP pages.
Create an invite link for each partner, talent contact or channel, set how many RSVPs it allows and how many plus-ones each guest gets, and share it. RSVPs, approvals and check-ins are credited to the link each guest came through, and to the partner that holds it. See event invitations.
Yes. Turn on approval for the event or for a single invite link, and every RSVP waits for a decision before it counts. Approve in bulk, set a capacity, and with the waitlist turned on, replies past it queue up to be promoted as spots open.
Door staff search the list, scan, or add a walk-up on iOS, a shared phone or the dashboard. They sign in with their phone number, with no seat or PIN, and never see full phone numbers. You decide who may add walk-ups. See the door check-in checklist.
Yes. Guestcount records who RSVPed, who was approved and who arrived, credited to the invite link each guest came through. You can export the event's guest list to CSV for a recap. Exported phone numbers show only the last four digits.
The client does. Each client's account is its own: the client is the independent controller of the contacts collected there and decides how to use them, and those contacts are isolated from every other organizer's. Guestcount does not share phone numbers with marketers and does not sell guest data. See data and security.
A single event starts at $249. Clients who run events through the year can use a monthly or annual plan (Essential, Growth, and Brand), and their contacts and history carry from one event to the next. See pricing.
