Brand activations
Guestcount runs the guest side of a brand activation: an RSVP page that looks like the campaign, invite links for every agency, partner and talent contact, capacity and a waitlist, text and email to guests, and check-in at the door, all on one live guest list your team owns.

Each agency, partner and talent contact gets an invite link, and every RSVP is credited to the link it came through.
Attendance and consent stay with each contact, so the next activation starts from who actually came.
Keep one live guest list that the brand, the agency and the door all work from, instead of spreadsheets passed between teams. In Guestcount, the RSVP page, invite links, approvals, plus-ones, messages and check-in all update the same guest record, so a late change reaches the door without a fresh export.
Choose the access rule per event. Make the RSVP page public, put it behind a passcode, approve every guest who comes through, or only let guests on your invite list RSVP. If you allow it, guests who aren't on the list can ask to join, and you decide. Each guest's route onto the list is recorded.
Create an invite link for each inviter, such as an agency, a partner brand or a talent contact, set how many RSVPs it allows and how many plus-ones each guest gets, and share it. Every RSVP is credited to the link it came through, so you can see what each partner brought in. See event invitations.
Yes. Every event gets an RSVP page built from blocks on a theme you pick. Set your colors and fonts, add the campaign flyer, and ask your own questions. On the Brand plan the page can run on your own domain, such as rsvp.yourbrand.com, and you can also embed the RSVP form on your own website. See custom RSVP pages.
Set a capacity for the event. With the waitlist turned on, RSVPs past your capacity queue up instead of being turned away, and you promote guests from it as spots open. You set how many plus-ones each guest or invite link may bring, and capacity applies on top.
Send text and email from the same event, to guests chosen by RSVP status or label: confirmations, reminders, the address and day-of details. You see how many people a message will reach before you send it, and delivery is tracked per person. Guests can reply STOP to opt out of texts.
Door staff search the list, scan, or add a walk-up on iOS, a shared phone or the dashboard. They sign in with their phone number, with no seat or PIN, and never see full phone numbers. Everyone at the door works from the same live list. See the door check-in checklist.
Start from who actually came. Guestcount records who RSVPed, who was approved and who arrived, and credits every guest to the invite link they came through, so each partner's contribution is visible. On the Essential, Growth, and Brand plans, attendance and consent to future invitations stay with each contact, so you can invite the people who came to the next activation. See Guest Intelligence.
You do. You are the independent controller of the contacts you collect, and you decide how to use them. Every brand's contacts are isolated from every other brand's, Guestcount does not sell guest data, and you can export your guest lists and contacts to CSV. See data and security.
A single event starts at $249, and that covers the RSVP page, the guest list and check-in. Teams that run activations regularly can use a monthly or annual plan (Essential, Growth, and Brand). See pricing.
