Custom RSVP pages

Custom, branded RSVP pages for your events.

Guestcount gives every event a custom, branded RSVP page. Pick a theme, make it yours in the page designer, ask your own questions, and decide who can RSVP. Guests reply on the page itself, and every answer lands on your live guest list.

What is a custom RSVP page?

A custom RSVP page is the event page guests open to read the details and reply, designed to look like your brand instead of a generic form. In Guestcount, every event gets one, and the replies go straight onto your guest list.

Can I make the RSVP page match our brand?

Yes. Every event gets an RSVP page built from blocks on a theme you pick. In the page designer you set your own colors and fonts, or upload your brand fonts on a paid plan, add your flyer and images, and add blocks such as lineup, FAQ, gallery, map, countdown, hosts and music, so the page looks like the campaign.

Can I add my own questions to the RSVP form?

Yes. Add your own questions to each event's RSVP form, alongside the name and phone number every guest gives: text, choices, numbers, dates, links, addresses or a photo. You can ask them of every plus-one too, and removing a question later keeps the answers you already have.

Can the RSVP page run on our own domain?

Yes, on the Brand plan. Use your own subdomain, such as yourbrand.guestcount.com, or a domain you own, such as rsvp.yourbrand.com. For your own domain you add two DNS records, and Guestcount handles verification and SSL. Links Guestcount sends your guests then use your domain.

Can I put the RSVP form on my own website?

Yes. Embed the RSVP form on your own website, and guests RSVP there with the same branding, questions and confirmations. Setup goes through our team, so talk to us about your site.

Can I control who can RSVP?

Yes. Make the page public, put it behind a passcode, approve every guest who comes through, or only let guests on your invite list RSVP. If you allow it, guests who aren't on the list can ask to join, and you decide.

How are plus-ones collected?

You choose per event. Guests can just pick a number, add each plus-one by name, or have each plus-one fill in your custom questions. You set how many plus-ones each guest may bring.

What do guests get after they RSVP?

Every new event comes with a confirmation text that goes out when a guest is confirmed, and you can add a confirmation email in your event's look. Guests can add the event to their calendar and, unless you lock changes, come back later to change their RSVP. They never need an account.

Can I remove Guestcount branding?

Not on the standard plans: hosted RSVP pages carry a small "Powered by Guestcount" line in the footer, even on your own domain. If an event has to run entirely under your brand, talk to us.

How much does a custom RSVP page cost?

Building a page is free, and you pay when you publish. A single event starts at $249, and monthly and annual plans (Essential, Growth, and Brand) cover teams that run events regularly. See pricing.
