Invitations in your look
An RSVP page and emails that match your firm, on your own domain on the Brand plan.
Corporate and client events
Guestcount runs the guest list for client summits, executive dinners and receptions. Send branded invitations, ask your own questions, give each relationship manager a link of their own, approve who comes, and check guests in. Every contact keeps their history, so the next event starts from who came to the last one.

Run your next event on GuestcountAn RSVP page and emails that match your firm, on your own domain on the Brand plan.
Each relationship manager or partner firm gets an invite link, and every RSVP is credited to it.
Your own contact fields, such as title and company, and attendance across events.
Keep one contact list across all your events instead of a spreadsheet per event. In Guestcount, each client or prospect is one contact, their RSVPs, answers and arrivals collect on that record, and each new event starts from the people and history you already have.
Yes. Every event gets an RSVP page built from blocks on a theme you pick, with your colors and fonts, and a masthead look can carry your logo. Send invitations by email or text, and add a confirmation email in your event's look. On the Brand plan the page can run on your own domain. See custom RSVP pages.
Yes. Add your own questions to the RSVP form, such as title, company or dietary needs, and the answers sit on each guest's record. You can also keep your own fields on every contact, such as title, company or relationship owner, and filter your contacts by them.
Create an invite link for each relationship manager or partner firm, set how many RSVPs it allows and how many plus-ones each guest gets, and share it. Every RSVP is credited to the link it came through, so you can see who each person brought. See event invitations.
Yes. Turn on approval and every RSVP waits for you before it counts, or only let guests on your invite list RSVP. Set a capacity, and with the waitlist turned on, replies past it queue up for you to promote as seats open.
Yes. Filter your contacts by label, VIP flag or your own contact fields, sort them by show rate or by how many of your events they have been to, save the view for your team, and add the result to your next event in bulk.
Door staff search the list, scan, or add a walk-up on iOS, a shared phone or the dashboard. They sign in with their phone number, with no seat or PIN, and never see full phone numbers. See the door check-in checklist.
Yes. Guestcount records who RSVPed, who was approved and who arrived, credited to the invite link each guest came through. On the Essential, Growth, and Brand plans, attendance and show rate stay with each contact across events. You can export any event's guest list, or your whole contact book, to CSV. See Guest Intelligence.
You do. You are the independent controller of the contacts you collect, and you decide how to use them. Your contacts are isolated from every other organizer's, Guestcount does not sell guest data, and you can export your guest lists and contacts to CSV. See data and security.
A single event starts at $249. Teams that run client events through the year can use a monthly or annual plan (Essential, Growth, and Brand), and their contacts and history carry from one event to the next. See pricing.
