Take the whole brief further

Agent-driven page design, guest selection from past events and invitation sending are the next workflow we’re exploring.

Agent-powered events, explained.

What are agent-powered events?

Employees start event work through an AI agent connected to Guestcount. The team then manages the branded RSVP page, invitations and arrivals in Guestcount.

What does the MCP connector support today?

MCP means Model Context Protocol. Guestcount’s connector reads event information and aggregate guest counts. For organizations with write access enabled and the right key permissions, it also creates and edits event drafts and requests publication of an existing page design. Writes are off by default; contact us about access.

Who decides when an event goes live?

A human administrator approves publication. An agent’s draft changes or publication request never publish the page or send invitations on their own.

Can an agent invite guests from past events?

That workflow is proposed. Today, your team uses Guestcount’s guest history to curate invitations. Agent-driven guest selection, sending and page design are not in the current connector.
