Subprocessors

These are the third-party service providers we engage to provide the Guestcount Services: the function each performs and the data each receives. We require each provider by contract to protect the data and to use it only for the services it provides to us.

Advance notice for new subprocessors

We post a new subprocessor to this page at least thirty (30) days before it processes guest data. Organizers covered by our Data Processing Addendum may object to a new subprocessor on legitimate grounds within that notice period, as described in Section 10 of our Terms and the DPA.

Current subprocessors

  • Supabase

    Database and file storage.

    Data: Stored guest and account data (encrypted at rest).

  • Vercel

    Application hosting and compute.

    Data: Data in transit while serving requests.

  • Twilio

    SMS delivery (verification, confirmations, broadcasts); 10DLC registration.

    Data: Phone number and message content.

  • Infobip

    SMS delivery.

    Data: Phone number and message content.

  • Resend

    Transactional and broadcast email delivery.

    Data: Email address and message content.

  • Stripe

    Payment processing.

    Data: Payment details (card data handled by Stripe).

  • PostHog

    Product analytics and privacy-masked session replay.

    Data: Pseudonymous usage data.

  • Attio

    CRM for Guestcount's own sales and marketing follow-up.

    Data: Prospect contact details you submit to us.

  • Apple Push Notification service

    Push notifications to Organizers' iOS devices.

    Data: Device push token and notification content.

  • Anthropic

    Artificial-intelligence provider (support diagnostics and automated assistance).

    Data: Limited information needed for those functions; contact values are tokenized before they leave our systems.

Artificial-intelligence providers

As of the date of this page, the only artificial-intelligence provider receiving information is Anthropic. We will update this list before any additional AI provider receives information, and we require each AI provider by contract not to use the information to train its models.
